Reading the portage notes…
A route package is a PDF built from our database — day-by-day itinerary, outfitter contact, permit details, float plane logistics, and a pre-trip email sequence timed to your departure date. Here's exactly what you get and when.
Browse routes on the homepage. Each listing shows region, trip length, skill level, and whether a float plane is involved. Click through to see the trip overview, conditions window, and permit details before you commit to anything.
Three tiers. Basic ($99) covers the core route intelligence. Full ($299) adds the pre-trip email sequence, float plane details, and outfitter referral. Concierge ($499) adds founder availability during your trip window — a direct number on the cover page, same-day response.
Full and Concierge buyers enter a trip start date before checkout — that's what triggers the email sequence at the right times. Payment is through Stripe. No account required.
A signed download link lands in your inbox. The PDF is generated from our route database: trip overview, key highlights, optimal paddling window, permit instructions, portage summary, and access logistics. 30-day download link — email us if it expires.
Full and Concierge buyers get three emails keyed to their trip start date: 4 weeks out, 1 week out, and the day before. Each one is specific to the route — the float plane contact, the gauge to check, the permit reminder. Not a generic checklist.
All tiers include the core PDF route package. The difference is in the support layer.

Everything you need to execute a fly-in trip end to end.
Outfitter warm intro available as a $49 add-on at checkout — we email the outfitter directly and introduce you by name.
For first-time fly-in buyers who want a human in their corner.

Five questions about your trip. Replies go directly to us — no form, no survey platform. Your feedback updates the database for the next buyer.
Generic trip planning advice is everywhere. We don't do that. Your package contains the kind of detail that usually requires calling someone who's done the route six times:
